Happy Mother's Day

This is my Mum's mother's day card, I had to wait to post it till now or she would see it on facebook, as my blog updates on facebook, yes my Mum goes on Facebook....a lot, lol.

As you can see I didn't stop at decorating the outside the inside was pretty too.
For this card I used Pretty in pink, blush blossom and whisper white card, Chocolate chip 5/8" grosgrain ribbon, tea and crumpet designer paper (I know again), blush blossom, pretty in pink and versamark ink, clear embossing powder, heat and stick powder and dazzling diamonds glitter and the scallop edge punch. The stamp I used were all from Stampin' Up! I used Occasional greetings for the sentiment inside the card, pocket silhouettes for the viney flowers and School Serif Alphabet for the word Mum. I used the emboss resist tecnique for this card hopefully soon I'll get a tutorial on my tutorial blog for that one too, but can't see it happening within the next week or 2 as they're going to be busy one's.
