Garden Whimsey pop up Card

I made this card by copying one Abi made, I stamped the big butterfly from Garden Whimsey stamp set in orchid opulence ink on Whisper white cardand decorated the edges in the same ink, used the Spot on Roller and versa mark ink on the Lovely lilac and orchid Opulence card cut scored and stuck everything together and deorated the butterfly with dazzling diamonds and tombow glue some of the dazzling diamonds stuck to the versamark ink by accident and I really like how it looks but unfortunatly it will rub off so next time I'll use heat and stick powder to make it stay. Istamped the Hapy Birthday fromOccasional Greetings first stamping Birthday on to whisper white card then the happy above birthday in orchid opulence ink and used the same ink with cotton wool the decorate the edges of this card. Thanks to Abi for the inspiration for this card.

I've been Tagged!!!!

This is the sixth picture from the sixth folder on my Computer it was Ella's 4th birthday, I now wish I had made her get dressed before she opened her presents but she wouldn't wait at least she had knickers on lol, now I tag Abi, Amanda, Steph, Jackie, lots-of-nests, mel stampz. I hope I got this right.

One sheet Wonder

These are my 10 cards from my OSW's I used A rose is a rose stamp set, a sheet of whisper white A4 card with Pale Plum, Lavender Lace and Certainly Celery inks, to make a sheet of patterned paper, cut this using the template I have made, cut Perfect plum and sage shadow A4 card to the template I made for the matts and stuck everything together, arranged all the bits on card and embelished with Roses cut from whisper white card, to finish I stamped them all with a Thank-you from Occasional Greetings. All 10 were all made in less than 2 hours. The card bases are Perfect plum, pale Plum, Certainly Celery and Lovely lilac (I only used this after I accidently stuck 2 bits one on each side of the same card).

Scrapbook page

I have been waiting for almost 3 years to do this page because I just couldn't find the right paper and card etc to finish this page, well I found it in the Stampin' Up! catologue, The pretty in Pink 12"x12" card was perfect, and the pocket at the bottom was made with designer paper Tea & Crumpets, I cut the shaping from this with a craft Knife, scored a 5mm along the straight edge used sticky strip to stick to the bottom back of the pretty in pink card, folded it forward and stuck both sides to the page.
I stamped the Memo stamp from Office Accoutrement (not inking the word memo) on to blush blossom card using Pretty in Pink ink, cut this out with a craft knife, wrote on it with Pretty in pink marker (or I would have if I had one but I didn't so I had to find the closest Match from my Marvy le Plume markers) used mini glue dots to stick only one side down so the certificate could be removed if necessary.
I cropped the picture stuck it onto a pink vellum, cut this to size, cut a pale pink mulberry paper to size, wet the edges with my Aqua painter and pulled them to leave a feathered effect, used mini glue dots to stick this to the page again making sure that the certificate could be removed if needed.

My Nan's Brithday Card

I wanted to try Abi's challenge and needed to make my Nan a Birthday card so here's what I came up with.
I used a Regal Rose card which I stamped with so swirly stampin around wheel in versa mark ink (I would have used the matching ink but don't have it yet), ripped a strip of always artichoke card and used snail adhesive to attach it.
Stamped a large and small flower from the office accroutment stamp set in pretty in pink ink on pretty in pretty in pink card and sage shadow card with sage shadow ink cut these out, put the small flower on the other colour large flowerand stiched a button from my box to hold the layers together stuck these on with snail adhesive.
Stamped the Happy Birthday saying from Office Acroutment in versamark ink on always artichoke card tore this and stuck it on with dimensionals.

Loads of Love

I wanted to do a boys card for my first demo as all us crafters struggle with cards for boys and men, althoght stampin up make it much easier as they always have a set of stamps that you can use for the boys.
so I used Loads of Love ans Loads of Love accesories stamp sets, I stamped the car in basic black ink onto a piece of whisper white card I had already cut to size, using my stamp-a-mi-jig so I could position it exactly where I wanted it, then used the stamp-a-mi-jig to position the boy in the drivers seat, I have found with this stamp you need to be carefull not to apply to much pressure or you get very thick lines, I coloured it in using the blender pens and Night of navy, summer sun (becuase I don't have so saffron yet) and basic black for the Tyres and to make a grey for the alloys and bumpers.
Cut a tag using my sizzix die cutter and tag die out of whisper white card, stamped the saying in night of Navy, again using the stamp-a-mi-jig (I love this it makes perfect positioning easy) put some whisper white ribbon through the whole and used a brad to hold the tag on the card.
I matted the car on to brocade blue card and matted this onto so saffron card (I use my paper cutter to cut all piece's to size and the stamp-a-mi-jig to position them exactly where I want them), these I put onto the ballet blue card I had already cut and scored with the front folded in half. I really like this card but need to practise with the blender pens to get the colouring right when I make it at a workshop I may change to using my Aqua Painter instead.

I got my Starter Kit yesterday so decided to have a play, I cased the idea from Abi, she sent me a calender at christmas using the A Rose is aRose set, I used Lavender Lace, Pale Plum and certainly celery inks to stamp on whisper white card, then cut the images out, then stamped the happy mothers day saying from Occasional Greetings on whisper white card using versamark ink and Lavender lace pastils, cut a decorative strip of Pale plum card wrapped it in whisper white ribbon stuck this on to a Lavender Lace card using Snail Adhesive and cut a certainly celery peice of card to size then used dimensionals to layer the whisper white card on top stuck this on top of the card (making sure I covered up the mark my little one had made on it lol). These colours are fast becoming my favorites.

My First blog

I couldn't sleep last night so decided to make a card (nights are the only time I get to make cards without my children taking over my Stampin' Up! stuff) , so I looked at my birthday calender and decided to use my cousins birthday as an excuse, she may not get the card before her birthday I often forget to give out cards after making them lol, I used Cause for celebration stamp set(hostess) Lavender Lace Card, Pale plum matt. non Stampin' Up! White card (still waiting for my demo starter kit but couldn't wait to post my first card), Lavender Lace and Pale Plum inks and some non stamping up ribbon I had (same reason as above it took ages finding colours that match in a shop), I think it looks O.K if I use this design again(most likely) I will probably change the white to a purple or pink, but I am very impatient and couldn't wait for my kit so used what I had from my previous orders.
