A rose is a rose

Thought I'd Share these cards and their box I made with you, I made them from my one sheet wonder (you use one A4 sheet of printed or in this case stamped paper and make 10 different co-ordinating cards) yesterday for my hostess I managed to make them with my poorly 17 month old over my shoulder most of the time.
I copied the colours from Abi she made me a lovely desk calender for Christmas using these colours and stamp set, click on the link to see them.
I used Rose red, Bravo Burgundy, Always Artichoke, Old olive and Very Vanilla card, Rose red, bravo burgundy, Always artichoke and old olive ink, I also used some holiday treasure's dsp for the bag and the card in the bottom picture this photo was taken before I stuck the rose's down as it was for my demo at the Stampin party last night.

This is my entry for Abi's colour challenge this week, the colours are Real red, Whisper white, basic black and certainly celery, I used Loads of love stamp set with basic black ink on certainly celery card and spot on jumbo wheel with versamark on the real red and basic black card it doesnt show up very well on the basic black, I coloured the wheels with basic black stampin' write journaler I also used this to write the message, I cut the wheel alloys out of real red card and drew eyes to make them look like red nose's (well it was a comic relief themed chalenge so it would have been rude not to lol), I added a little dazzling diamonds with tombow to the car and a whisper white ribbon.

No Cards today just my Girls

Yesterday was a busy day for us, We had to get to rehersals for my daughters dance show for 9am in the morning finished rehersals at 12.30pm and had to be back by 2pm for the show, This is my oldest Maria in her ballet tutu, it was a Pirate theme. Her Dad tell's me she did well I only saw a little of it :( as I was chaparone for the boys group.

This was her tap costume which I missed completly :,(

And Maria's Jazz dance was a High school musical dance which she hated lol, I saw a little of this one from the wings but had to get the noisy boys back to their dressing rooms.

Here's Ella in her ballet tutu I missed both her dance's completly but at least I got to see her dance at the rehersals.

And finally this is her in her tap costume, now I'm desperate to see the DVD, what I saw of the show was amazing there was girls from as young as 2 years old and even a adult tap group of mothers dancing with their sons and daughters.
And a huge big Thanks to my very patient husband who looked after the rest of our children while I was at the rehersals andacted as chauffer for the day, also to my parents who looked after my other children including my 16 month old daughter, for the 4 hour show, we were all exhausted by time the end of the show with Ella even falling asleep at the dinner table lol.
Must now finish the thank you cards for the dance teachers and family who helped us.
