More christmas pressies

Every year we buy a lovely box of Thornton's chocolate's but no one in our house like's the coffee one's, so this year I took them out, popped them in a cello bag and decorated the cello bag, so Pauline could have them to go with her christmas pressie, I used a 4x6 cello bag, top note die, night of navy & cream card from stash, Very vanilla grosgrain ribbon, scallop square punch and tags til Chistmas stamp set.

Christmas cartons


These are the sweetie box's (my 2 daughter's ones after they mangled them lol, I forgot to photo them before) I made them for my youngest daughter to give to her Nursery Auntys, I made 20 of them as I wasn't sure how many people worked there, in thje end she only needed 8 or 9 so her big sister took the rest to give to her friends at church.
For these I used Bashful blue and whisper white card, night of navy and versamark ink, heat and stick powder and silver glitter, sparkling jumbo wheel, 1" circle punch and mini milk carton sizzix die.

Teachers pressies


These are the books I decorated for my childrens teacher's, for the one above I used melon mambo A4 card, velum, dsp (retired), whisper white craft ink, melon mambo spotty ribbon (retired), decorative label punch, sizzix embosslits beautiful wings die, butterfly prints and broadsheet alphabet stamp sets.
For the book below I used kraft and pacific point card, dsp (retired), night of navy ink, wide twill tape(retired), sizzix timeless type junior alphabet dies, make a monster stamp set.

Baby boom


Everyone seems to be having babies there must be something in the water, this is a card I made for my sister who's just had her 4th child, I decided to make a shaker card using my 1 3/4" circle punch, for this card I used whisper white, bashful blue and marina mist card and ink, marina mist marker with the color spritzer tool, bashful blue striped grosgrain ribbon (retired), silver glass glitter, something sweet stamp set, the saying was from retired hostess set occasional quotes, I also used the left over edges from my dimensionals so the glitter would have a space in the card.

New Baby gift

My Nephew has just made me a great Aunt, so I though as Thanks I would decorate some clothes for the baby, her names Nevaeh so I used the something sweet, monogram sweet alphabet and (simply said retired) stamp sets and fabric paints.
Here's the card I made to go with the present, for this I used pretty in pink, pink piroette and whisper white card, pretty in pink, Rose red, whisper white craft and versamark ink's, clear and white embossing powder, heat and stick powder and dazzling diamonds, dazzling diamonds pretty in pink stripped grosgrain ribbon, heart, heart to heart and scallop trim border punches, sizzix circles #2 die and the big shot and finally a self adhesive rhinestone, I also used the I {heart} heart stamp set for the card.
Here's a close up of the heart and initial N, hopefully these won't go missing in the scbu as that's where baby is she was born 8 weeks early weighting only 3lb 10 oz.

Hopefully by now my sister has given this to Abi my stampin' Mum (thank you Sarah), Abi had a baby girl in August and I made this for her but I've been a little slow getting it to her. I found this tutorial and loved it so thought I'd make a few, I also made my sister and daughters one but used Stampin' Up! dsp for their's.

I made my own backing paper using 12" whisper white card stock and button button stamp set, you can't see from the photo's but I also decorated the other side of the card with in stitches jumbo wheel, I really enjoyed making this box, I used baja breeze and whisper white 12" x12" card, basic grey, baja breeze, pear pizzaz and pacific point ink and card, frost white (I think) shimmer paint tempting turquoise button's, top note, timeless type junior alphabet and sweet buttons sizzix die's and perfect polka dots embossing folder.

Minnie cake


Here's my attempt at cake decorating, Charlotte's a little obsessed with Minnie mouse so this was what I came up with for her, she again decided I wasn't upto the job and decided she should *help* so she took control of the butterflies only smudging a little of the writing lol,of course you can see it very well but the cake was sprinkled with edible glitter as Charlotte's a typical girl and loves anything sparkly.

No stamping card


This is the card I was making for Charlotte's 4th birthday but she caught me and deciding I was doing it all wrong so she took over, I used the retired Sunny Day Simply scrapin' kit from Stampin' Up!, sizzix timeless type junior alphabet dies (number 4), sticky cuts sweet (retired), crystal effects, old olive, always artichoke and pear pizzaz markers and pink glitter.

I made this for my sister's birthday and for a change actually gave it her, for this I used watercolour paper, chocolate chip classic ink, crumb cake, soft suede and early espresso card the lace ribbon border punch, colour spritzer tool with a marker (can't remember which neutral colour it was) and just believe stamp set.

I even used a rhinestone which I'm very stingy with.

I helped Jasmine make this card and envelope for a friends birthday party, I used close to cocoa (retired), pretty in pink and whisper white card, certainly celery 5/8" grosgrain ribbon, chocolate chip, certainly celery and pretty in pink markers, versa mark and whisper white ink, heat & stick powder, celery & dazzling diamonds glitter's, eyelet edge punch and a scallop circle sticker from nursery suite. The stamp sets used are pocket silhouette's and schoolbook serif numbers.

More party bags


I made these note books for my dauhter's party bags, to make these I used retired card and dsp, make a monster & broadsheet alphabet stamp set's, clear embossing powder, heat & stick powder dazzling diamond's glitter, watercolour paper mellow moss & always artichoke markers, versamark, early esspreso ink and corner rounder punch, sizzix big shot & embosslits beautiful wings.

We also made these bags Jasmine drew a anime version of each of her freinds for the tags, I used the big shot, top note die, elegant bouquet embossing folder and large cellaphane bags all available from Stampin' Up!

Vintage Suede and saffron



It's been a busy few week's and I have a few more busy week's ahead, here's a 6x6 scrapbook page I made for Ella's friends to have now I just need to work out how to take a frame from my video camera and print it so each will have their own photo.
For this I used So Saffron, soft suede and whisper white card, so saffron ink, crystal effect's and vintage vogue stamp set.

More monster's and Hello Kitty



These are party bag's I maded for my 7 year old daughter's birthday party, I got to use up some of my retired card stock for these and spare envelope's I had lying around, I used a Sizzix hello kitty die with my bigshot for the girls party bags and make a monster for the boy's party bags, for these bag's I used retired mellow moss andpale plum card, crumb cake and whisper white card and watercolour paper, early espresso ink, versamark, heat and stick powder, Stampin' Up! glitter's in celery and silver, broadsheet alphabet stamps, mellow moss & neutrals markers and blender pen, 1 1/4", 1 3/8" and scallop square punches, 1 3/4" circle and fancy flower punches for the bag handle's.



I made these note book's to go with the boy's bag's, I used mellow moss(retired) and crumb cake card water colour paper, mellow moss and assorted neutral's marker's, early espresso ink, merry moments dsp, twill tape. I had fun going through my retired stash and using some up to make room for the new toy's I want to buy.

Something different


No cards today I wanted to show you the charm braclet and necklace I made useing silver clay and loads of Stampin' Up! stamps I just found lying around in my cupboard (I wonder where they all came from lol), I had so much fun seeing which stamps had great pattern's on for jewellery that I got carried away, I got the idea from my friend and upline Abi she sent me a bracelet for my birthday with charm's she had made using SU stamp's and silver clay so I just added a few of my own and put them on the new bracelet my hubby got me, now I jingle everywhere I go.

Now a little hint for hubby what I really need next time you buy me a present is some enamels for silver clay so the flowers on my necklace can have colour

Monster Madness


Here's a book mark I made for my hubby, I used the Make a monster stanp set, blueberry crisp dsp, soft suede and so saffron card, water colour paper. chocolate chip ink, prettty in pink and assorted neutrals markers, aqua painter, oval and 3/4" circle punches.
These are 6"x6" scrapbook pages for my Nephew's, for these I used So Saffron, Soft Suede, whisper white card and vellum, brads from neutrals pack or pewtor eyelets, daffodil delight 1/8" taffeta ribbon, large and extra large tag punches, Make a Monster and Broadsheet Alphabet stamp set's.

I used my acrylic blocks so I could stamp all the monsters at once and then stamp the eye's and mouths all in one go too.
This one also used oval and 3/4" circle punches, I love the way my Nephew's name's make words, next I need to make one's for my Brother's children and my own children.

Card box


I made this box to put some cards in as a gift for a hostess at a party I did age's ago but forgot to post until now I used crumb cake and early espresso card for the box for the flower I punched loads of fancy flower's from vellum, crumb cake, very vanilla and early espresso card used the paper piercer to make a hole and secured with acrumb cake brad, chocolate chip, soft suede and early espresso ink's, the stamps used are silhouette sentiments a level 1 hostess set

So Saffron note book


Here's a notebook and card I made recently using Sweet summmer sab stamp set which is only available till 28 February, you can get it for free if you put in an order over £45 before then.
I had a little forgetfull moment when I put my last order in and ordered another pack of So saffron card even though I hadn't opened the last pack I'd bought so I'm trying to use it on everything lol, so expect to see a lot of it.
For these projects I used Whisper white, So Saffron, chocolate chip, pink pirouette, pear pizazz, bashful blue or baja breeze card, vellum, whisper white craft ink, pear pizazz, pretty in pink, baja breeze and daffodil delight classic ink's, 5/8" satin or 1/4" grosgrain ribbon, So swirly jumbo wheel and 1 1/4" square and petal card extra-large double punches and a crop-o-dile to make the hole's for the notebook wire.

I used chocolate chip and pretty in pink card, photo paper (had some spare from when I printed photo's for my Scrapbook), chocolate chip, pirouette pink, pretty in pink, and soft suede inks, and I had to decorate the inside lol but forgot to photo it duh.
